Prison Ministry
Greetings Friends and Guests
We are very pleased to announce the introduction of the Grace Prison Ministy web page. Here you will find updates and information regarding this new ministry for the Grace Apostolic Church of Clawson. The founder of the Grace Prison Ministry, Bro. Nathan, passed away this year (2007), but the legacy of his love and ministry live on. Sis. Yvonne, Bro. Nathan’s precious wife, continues to carry this torch of truth to those who have gone down misguided pathways, but are now searching for a closer walk with the Captain of our Salvation, Jesus Christ.
Assisting Sis. Yvonne, are 2 very gifted and special people, Bro. Patrick and Sis. Renee. Together, they are reaching souls that society may have all but forgotten. Pray for this fledgling ministry and stay in touch to see how you can support this great work of sharing the Gospel.
While Bro. Patrick will be the gatekeeper to this webpage, he has an external site that you are welcome to visit as well - http://graceprisonministries.wordpress.com/.
Thanks for visiting and feel free to leave comments, feedback, and suggestions. God bless.
Matthew 25:34 - 46
34Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Praise the Lord church. Make sure you check out the Prison Ministry Webblog. We update it every two weeks with details about this great ministry.
Bro. Patrick, Sis Rene: my next door neighbor’s daughter is sometimes “incarcerated” there. Her first name is Pam, and she told her mom that she really enjoys “church” at the jail. She might possibly be incarcerated there again tomorrow. She is in her 40’s. I told her mom that you were with the jail ministry there.
I have told Pam many times in the past that I have been praying for her. If she is there, then I know that she is getting The Truth!!!
