Prayer Requests
Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Lucy Clayton – Continues to battle Congestive Heart Failure. (11/1/09)

Robertta Reiff – Back surgery to repair a bulged disc. She is recovering, but will be out of work for 4-6 weeks. (11/11/09)

Please remember all of our troops and their families, both foreign and abroad. Especially remember those that have been wounded, for a swift recovery and the families that have lost loved ones and friends. God bless our troops!
- Kathleen Schaffner’s brother stationed in Afghanistan (Oct-08)
- Bill Ryan, III - Sis. Gloria Ledbetter’s nephew is stationed in Afghanistan helping fight the war against terrorism. He was sent there instead of to Iraq. Please keep him and all the others in your prayers! (4.2.08)
- Update:Bill Ryan III is on his way home to the states from his mission in Afghanistan. He is to be married on July 6th.
- Alex Maul – Sis. Gloria Ledbetter’s second grandson, left 6.17.08 for basic training for the Army. He will be there for three months. He needs your prayers that he makes it through this time period.
- Update:Graduated basic training in Fort Leonardwood, MO, and is now going on to AIT training in Gulfport, MS. (9.02.08)
- Brian Dugas – Oldest grandson of Gloria Ledbetter will be leaving on Sept. 9th for training for Iraq duty. From the training, he will then go on to Iraq in January of next year. He recently got married in Aug. 9th. (8.21.08)
Please pray with me for the salvation of a man named Bill, and for those in his family who don’t know Jesus, or how much He truly loves them. I am not in a position to witness to this man personally, but 2 Christians (one being someone who Bill knows) have been contacted to this regard. Please ask the Lord to extend His spirit to facilitate and lead a conversational witness through these men, and by way of anyone else whom He may choose. Please ask God to extend His grace toward Bill, doing everything needed to chase him, overcome his pride, lift the veil from his eyes, bring conviction to his heart and show him his need for a Savior. Like us all, Bill has made some mistakes, and has unfortunately had some tragic things to happen in his life. He and his family need knowledge about God’s love, His grace, His glory, His offer of forgiveness, healing, deliverance, and protection–especially now because at this time Bill is in danger of influence by unbelievers (who also need prayer) whose worldly beliefs stand in opposition to God’s word. Please ask the Lord to surround Bill with believers who can minister to him, and that He may use the challenges Bill has endured to further the kingdom and lead him to salvation; then, that others will see and also be pointed to Christ by what God does in Bill’s life. I thank you sincerely, for your prayers and time.
Please pray for Paul to be saved and delivered from drug and alcohol addiction, and for God’s intervention resulting in a 360 degree turn around in his life.
