The much anticipated arrival of the yet another Kelp Family addition, Tillie Belle was born Wednesday December 9, 2008 at 3:56 p.m. weighing in at 10lbs. 3 oz. and measuring 20.5 in. long. Mom and baby are doing well and the family is elated to have such a beautiful baby girl arrive just in time for the Holidays!
