Letter from the Blaszyk Family Regarding the Passing of Bro. John Blaszyk, Sr.
On Saturday, December 22nd at around 7:00am, my father was called home.
The suffering of the last several months of his life here was over at last. His dreams, hope, and faith were realized in the twinkling of an eye. He went home to Glory! Free at last! Free at last!
I envision him worshiping in front of the Throne and I wonder: Is he speaking in tongues, as he did here when he worshiped, or is there only one heavenly language? For you see, the many tongues (confusion of language) was for the confusion of man. Dad learned many years ago, there is no confusion in tongues when they are administered by Jesus.
Dad knew they are a demonstration of God’s Love for us, and an answer to our needs known and unknown. What a wonderful blessing the tongues were when delivered in that upper room as written about in Acts 2:38. Our Savior’s promise of a comforter delivered, and the promise fulfilled.
His understanding drove him to teach, preach, and share his knowledge of God with everyone he met. He stood as a living testimony and tried to show anyone that had a hunger and thirst The Way. Now Dad had received his reward, and I am very happy his trial is over.
I praise the Living God for that one beacon of light on the hilltop that I was privileged to call “Dad”!
I want to thank all that in our time of need took time to pray and support us in word and deed.
Thank you,
Your Brother in Christ Jesus,
John Blaszyk and family
