Gracenews Update 11-01-07 – Current Events, Calling All Authors, Prayer Request Updates
Greetings to all the GAC Family and our Guests!
Current Events
Be sure to stop by the current events page on a regular basis to ensure you’re in step with the latest and greatest activities going on at Grace. We make every attempt to make sure these pages are up-to-date, and we encourage you to frequent each page of the blog to see what’s going on. Here is the link: http://gracenewsinfo.com/october-2007-events/. Even though the link states October (I’m going to fix it soon), the information is current and will be updated even more upon my arrival home (Saturday).
Calling ALL Authors
I have “empowered” several authors to add to our Gracenewsinfo blog. It’s exciting to me, Pastor RDM, to click on our site and see that someone else is running with the ball. Those who I have given “write” access to this blog, please let your voice be heard. Some suggestions would be to share with our readers some of the events happening in your department, your Mission and Vision Statements, as it supports Grace’s Mission and Vision Statements (http://gracenewsinfo.com/our-mission-our-vision/). Also, give an explanation of goals, some of the pre-requisites for being a part of your department, a profile of your background (I’m working on mine), etc. So, have at it, take the first step and the rest will soon follow. We have had over 2000 visits as of today – that’s 2000 opportunities to let your voice be heard, and have your department featured!
Prayer Requests Update
If you are familiar with any of the prayer requests on our Prayer Request Page (http://gracenewsinfo.com/prayer-requests/), please take the time to post a comment to update us on situations you may be familiar with. It will encourage our visitors to keep in touch with the page and can fuel the fires of their prayers even more!
Almost Home
I will be home in just a couple of days, and our blog will soon continue its growth and expansion. Thanks to all for your patience and prayers in my absence.
Pastor RDM
