IMPORTANT!
Please remember Lillian Smith (Brad & Melisa’s new baby girl) goes in today to be tested for Cystic Fibrosis.
UPDATE: The test was postponed for a couple of weeks.
Another Gracenews Milestone!
Yesterday was a phenomenal day for our blog. We achieved over 230 visits! Our previous record, the first day the blog was launched, was 150. A special thanks goes out to Pastor Adrian Tranquelino, from Birch Run, who is the web master of the Michigan District ALJC Blog, for featuring The Place of Grace Blog on their home page. Be sure to visit the Michigan District Blog and leave comments for Pastor Tranquelino and be sure to visit his church blog as well. Link: http://newwaychurch.net/.
Special Guest
If you get a chance, stop by and read some of the comments that our dear friend Bro. Mark Larsen left for the The Place of Grace Blog. Here is the link: http://gracenews.wordpress.com/2007/10/11/hello-world/#comments.
Prayer Request Page
I’m excited to report to you, that of all the pages visited by The Place of Grace visitors, the Prayer Requests Page has achieved the highest count, averaging about 10 – 15 per day. That’s wonderful news, because of all the uses that The Place of Grace could have, getting the word out about prayer is by far the greatest achievement of all. Keep each request in your prayer and we’re sure to achieve results. The scripture says it best, “the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man (woman too) availeth much.”
Trunk-or-Treat Update: NEW TIME
I know many of you have stopped by the Sunday School page and perhaps downloaded information regarding Trunk-or-Treat. This event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2007, but please be aware that there is a NEW TIME set for this event. It will take place starting at 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the GAC main parking lot. Please contact Sis. Amie Kelp for any further details or visit the Sunday School Page.
As always, thanks for visiting today and stay tuned for information about this weekend’s GAC Homecoming. Have a blessed and prosperous day, in Jesus Name!
