Intro
Today marks the big day – Grace is hosting the Michigan District ALJC Fall Conference. These next 2 days promise to be anointed, inspiring, and uplifting. Pastor Danny St. Clair, who was recently voted in as the Assistant General Superintendent of the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ, is our keynote speaker. Pastor St. Clair, of the Pentecostals of Anderson, Indiana, is a good friend to our pastor and our church. We’re very excited to have him and look forward to his dynamic preaching.
Pulling Together
As part of the Grace Family, let’s be cognizant of our building and the many things that go into making this Fall Conference a success. If we work as a team, this will undoubtedly be the best Fall Conference ever. In addition, let’s show our support for the Michigan District, by being great hosts and hostesses. This is a time for Grace to shine.
Everyone is a Greeter
One of our mottoes at Grace is EVERYONE is a greeter. So let’s demonstrate that this weekend, by stepping out of our proverbial “comfort zone” and endeavoring to meet new people and fellowship with those who we have already met. Try to be helpful by quickly pointing folks in the right direction that may not be from this area and most importantly, if you see someone praying and weeping alone at the altar, men pray with men, and ladies pray with ladies. No one should have to pray alone. This is what we do on a regular basis – let’s keep that same spirit this weekend.
